These terms apply to the CalGrind waitlist website. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What CalGrind is right now

CalGrind is a calorie tracking app that is still in development. This website exists to share what we are building and to let you join a waitlist for early access. The app is not yet available, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell it.

Joining the waitlist

When you join the waitlist, you are asking us to email you about early access and the launch. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, a price, a feature, or a launch date. Any prices or features we mention may change before launch. You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing.

No accounts or purchases yet

This site does not sell anything and does not create an account for you. The only thing you can do here is join the waitlist with your email address.

Not medical or health advice

CalGrind is a wellness and habit product, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always speak to a qualified health professional before making decisions about your diet, nutrition, or health.

Our content

The CalGrind name, the Zuri character, the logo, the text, and the artwork on this site belong to us. Please do not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without our permission.

Acceptable use

Please use this site fairly. Do not try to break it, overload it, submit other people's details without their permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site is provided as is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that location.
